EASY Trips is a Qualmark endorsed tour and trasnport operator with bases in Auckland and Tauranga - New Zealand. We aim to provide the coolest hospitality experience by connecting multi-cultural service providers and guests with a mutual passion for outdoor activities.
We have also been helping medium and large companies by providing transport to their staff for groups of up to 63 passengers.

OUR MISSION - We believe in personal and socio-economic development through cultural exchange in its various forms, especially through sports practice and outdoor activities. Together with partners and suppliers who share the same philosophy, we work for a more integrated and developed world.

His first summer job was at his uncle's hotel as a bellboy.

Went on his 1st exchange program when 17 and became part of an Argentine family.

Went on a few Working Holiday programs to Aspen and Hawaii - USA, where he worked in different positions from cleaner in a hostel to guest service agent and shuttle driver in a luxury ski resort.

Studied Tourism & Hospitality in Sydney - Australia.

Studied Marketing & Advertising in San Diego - California.

SOME OF OUR STORY - In 2006 a young man, who had just came back to his hometown Rio de Janeiro, Brazil after a Work Experience exchange program in Aspen, Colorado - USA, with heaps of ideas meets this lady who is also passionate about foreign culture and had studied one year of high school in the USA. They get along really well by sharing the same passion and also the dream of keep exploring the globe.
They become a couple and together decide to endeavour in helping others to achieve their goals of having experiences abroad. In June 2011 they open their franchise agency of an important Exchange Programs business chain, where they specialize in Work Experience / Working Holiday, Au Pair and Study Programs.

In 2012, while hosting a group of Argentinian personal friends and showing them around under a local's point of view and keeping them away from the crowd, they notice that what they are already doing is "inbound hospitality"! Then they decide to do that professionally in Cabo Frio and Búzios, coastal area of Rio de Janeiro State - Brazil.

In May 2013 EASY TRIPS is born with the mission of turning every trip into a remarkable experience where the cultural exchange is done as much as possible. Either through sports, culinary, photography, music or any other kind of art expression.

After 4 years helping several students/travellers to travel abroad from Brazil and 2 years hosting foreigners in Brazil, they decide to move on and pursue new challenges... In a new country. In an awesome country! In a place where snowboarding and surfing in the same day is actually possible! How's that, mate?!

Initially based in Tauranga, EASY TRIPS Kiwi version starts growing by providing transport to international students and tourists.
​
In 2015-2016 summer we do the first EASY Surf Trips to Piha and Raglan.
​
In 2016 Winter we hit Whakapapa and Turoa in Tongariro National Park for some fantastic snowboard sessions.
Throughout 2017 the word of mouth takes care of a natural increase of demand while we expand our network in terms of activity providers and operational suppliers both in North and South Islands.

As we get busier, we get more and more experience and deeper knowledge of destinations such as Bay of Islands, Coromandel, Rotorua, Taupo and also our classic 14 day tour to the South Island (big thanks to our partner companies which we still do some business together)) where we do our 3.500 kilometres all the way to Queenstown and Milford Sound via Kaikoura and Tekapo and back via the stunning West Coast with stops in amazing places such as Wanaka, Franz Josef Glacier, Marahau and much more!
2020 MILESTONE:
During the busy and exciting 2019/2020 summer season we feel that it's time for a big move! And guess what?! We move to Auckland! We are closer to the majority of the schools for exchange students and, of course, maintaining our structure and business partners in the Bay of Plenty, which makes our operations a lot easier in terms of logistics.
